Returns & Refund Policy
We are confident that you will fall in love with our designs and quality instantly. However we stand by our products and in case of quality issues, we will be happy to offer you a replacement or refund in the form of store credits. Store credits can be used to buy any other products from our store. Please mail us on info@downtownmax.com for any quality related issues within 7 days of receiving your order.
Please note that we do not accept returns in for any other reasons except quality issues. All refunds will be issued in form of store credits only and no cash refund will be given.
In case of fitting issues, we would be happy to offer you alteration for free, but you will be liable to pay the shipping fees.
Orders placed can only be cancelled if they are not yet dispatched and no alterations have been requested. However as mentioned earlier, refunds will only be issued in the form of Store credits.
We do not accept returns for:
1. Lingerie, undergarments swimwear and socks for hygiene purpose.
2. Fragrances, toiletries, cosmetics, beauty and skin care products.
3. Watches, sunglasses, fashion jewellery, glassware, decoration pieces and handbags.
If your product lies under our return policy, then please return your items in their original packaging within 7 days of delivery. Double check that you have included all the tags, accessories, promotional gifts and warranty cards that came with your order.
